The Tylonullic (extinct)

The Tylonulhan were an ancient Boreal empire from Jakšatse Kie that spanned across much of the northern hemisphere, and are believed to be the ancestors of many northern ethnicities. They were quite advanced for their time, and many of their ruins can be found from deep within the polar continent's tundra to as far south as Batoan. Many current technologies—especially those of the Tirigajzari —were based on reverse engineering Tylonullic tech. It is believed that more of their civilization's remains lie past the Sirjä Mountains, but expeditions to the far north are extremely dangerous. Not only because of the harsh polar conditions, but because of Jakšatse Kie's bowl-like shape, with the central plains situated below sea level. Dense gases, like xenon, form a thick fog over the plains, obscuring any archaeological sites and rendering them inaccessible. Few of the Sakšeyam, however, venture beyond the mountains in a pilgrimage, one which they are not keen on sharing with outsiders.
